Orders & Shipping

Since every item is made on demand, please allow 2–5 business days for production. After that, standard shipping takes 5-7 business days for US locations and 12-21 business days for international locations. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $65 for customers located in the united states. Orders under $65 will have shipping calculated at checkout based on your location.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia. We're working on expanding to more countries in the future. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account and visiting the Orders page.

Products & Sizing

Every Rokulus piece is printed and produced only after you order it. This means less waste, higher quality, and a lower environmental footprint. It also means each item is made just for you.

Our apparel fits true to size. Each product page has a size chart with chest and length measurements. For the best fit, we recommend measuring a shirt you already own and comparing it to our chart. When in doubt, size up.

We use high-quality DTF (Direct to Film) printing, which produces vibrant, detailed designs that won't crack, peel, or fade over time. The prints are soft to the touch and hold up wash after wash.

Material details vary by product and are listed on each product page. We prioritize premium, comfortable fabrics that hold their shape and get softer with every wear.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in their original condition. Since items are made on demand, we can't accept returns for buyer's remorse on customized products. See our full Returns & Refunds page for details.

Yes — if you need a different size, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll arrange a return and get the correct size produced and shipped to you as quickly as possible.

We've got you covered. If your item arrives damaged or with a print defect, contact us with a photo and we'll send a replacement at no cost. No need to return the defective item.

Account & Payment

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. All payments are securely processed through Stripe.

You can check out as a guest, but creating an account lets you track orders, save your shipping info, and get early access to new drops and sales.

Absolutely. We never store your card details. All transactions are handled through Stripe, which is PCI Level 1 certified — the highest level of security in the payments industry.
